A small-batch, seasonal mezcal made from 100% wild Cupreata agave (Agave cupreata), native to the mountains of Guerrero and Michoacán and prized for its intensely aromatic character. Hand-crafted by Maestro Mezcalero Fernando Bello in Omeapa, Guerrero, and bottled at 50% ABV — a limited release shaped entirely by this single wild harvest.
Tasting Notes
The tangy nose hides the cracked black peppercorns that explode into a soft savoury base at first taste. Smokey maize tortillas wrap around the feisty nopal cactus. This Joven has plenty of oily pearls and uses them to blend the two seamlessly.
