Lind & Lime Gin

By |March 2nd, 2020|Categories: |Tags: |

The Leith Export Co. set out to create the very definition of what a London Dry Gin should be; to do something very simple, but do it to perfection. With juniper at its core, they use fresh lime peel and a hint of pink peppercorns to create a classic benchmark expression that is balanced, dry and intensely refreshing.

By |March 3rd, 2020|Categories: |Tags: |

A classic sweet Old Tom with a zesty finish. This Pink Grapefruit Old Tom gin derives from Dunnet Bay Distillers's popular ‘Design a Rock Rose Gin Label’ competition of 2016, which was released as the wonderful citrus-based Artists’ Edition. They decided to bring it back as a fresher version for 2019 using organic pink grapefruit peel, all lovingly peeled by the distillery team! These are added to the botanical basket and vapour infused along with all their traditional gin botanicals. It is then lightly sweetened with muscovado sugar.
